These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at spyderextras.com (the "Site") and any purchases you make through it. The Site is owned and operated by Nelson & Nelson MFG, doing business as Spyder Extras ("Spyder Extras," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order. By placing an order you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
We sell aftermarket parts and accessories for Can-Am Spyder F3, RT, and related motorcycles. While we make every effort to describe our products accurately, it is your responsibility to confirm that a part is compatible with your specific make, model, and year before ordering. Product images are for illustration purposes and actual items may vary slightly. We do not guarantee that product descriptions, pricing, or other content is error-free, and we reserve the right to correct any errors and to cancel orders affected by such errors.
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. You agree to pay all charges incurred by you or on your behalf, including applicable taxes and shipping fees. Payment is processed at the time of purchase through our authorized third-party payment providers (such as PayPal, Stripe, and Affirm). We do not store your full payment card details on our servers.
Your receipt of an order confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to accept, decline, limit, or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability. If we cancel an order after you have been charged, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
We ship to addresses within the United States and, where available, internationally. Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Any import duties, taxes, or customs fees on international orders are your responsibility.
Returns and refunds are governed by our Return Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Aftermarket parts may affect your vehicle's warranty, performance, or safety; installation should be performed by a qualified technician.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Spyder Extras and Nelson & Nelson MFG shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or any product purchased through it. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Spyder Extras, Nelson & Nelson MFG, and their officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site or any product.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Craighead County, Arkansas.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective Date" above indicates when the Terms were last revised. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
