Return Policy

At Spyder Extras (a division of Nelson & Nelson MFG), we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Return Policy explains how to return or exchange items purchased from spyderextras.com.

1. Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be unused, uninstalled, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging with all included hardware, instructions, and accessories.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Items that have been installed, used, modified, or show signs of wear;
• Custom-made, special-order, or made-to-order products;
• Electrical components once installed;
• Clearance or final-sale items; and
• Gift cards.

3. How to Start a Return

To begin a return, contact us at support@spyderextras.com or 870-268-6393 with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and return instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to our error or a defective item, you are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the credit to appear on your statement. A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply to certain returns; you will be notified before any fee is applied.

6. Exchanges

If you need a different size, fitment, or product, contact us to arrange an exchange. The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund, including return shipping costs, at no charge to you.

8. Order Cancellations

You may request to cancel an order before it ships by contacting us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, it must be handled as a return under this policy.
